Califormia surfer Joel Tudor stuck with longboarding when other kids were flocking to short boards back in the 1980s and 90s. He won the longboard world championships in 1998 and 2004 and has taken the longboarding U.S. open 8 times.
Some say he’s overhyped, but he’s looking pretty smooth in this recent video shot at Cardiff, California, by photographer Todd Glaser.
