Last month was the hottest June in recorded history

It seemed hot. It was hot. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released data today showing that last month’s combined global land and ocean temperatures were the warmest on record. It’s also been the hottest year ever recorded so far.

All those red dots in the chart above indicates places in June where the temperature was above average. Scary. I think I need a cold one.
